I recently bought a car from these kind gentlemen and the service they provided was very good even though it wasn’t an electric car the service was still great. Only thing I would’ve liked was better communication with updates regarding what was going on i understand they are a busy bunch but it is a personal preference. The car failed inspection but they guys made sure the problems were fixed and everything was perfect for handover Graham and Stuart are top guys and I’m very happy with my car weeks after.

Having brought many cars in my life and dealt with many different types of dealers, The Electric Vehicle Company exceeding my expectations every time. A few small issues once the car had been delivered to me, Graham referred me over to Stuart, Who quickly transferred the car into my app, registered the car to me and even taxed it. I even call Stu at silly o'clock and he answers every time, I find this quiet refreshing as you can never speak to anybody at Tesla.

We bought our Tesla X from Graham and his Team a few months ago and we absolutely love it! This was our first electric vehicle and so with our limited experience, when we got chatting to The Electric Vehicle Company that we had found online we could not help but go with them. They were so friendly, so helpful, answered every question we ever had, gave us the option of a few cars around our desired spec (as they came in) before we settled on one, which being nearby for us meant it was easy to test drive. The car was immaculate and we're totally in love! Since buying they have been nothing but helpful and supportive, even saying that we can keep coming back to them with any questions well into the future which is a wonderful relief.
